The launch of the quality approach constitutes the initial phase in the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Within this framework, the management of the National Polytechnic School, under the responsibility of Professor Abdelouahab Mekhaldi, Director of the institution, expresses its commitment to improving the quality of education, structuring and controlling its internal processes, and strengthening its recognition at both national and international levels. This strategic orientation marks the official starting point of the quality project, materialized through the development and implementation of a quality policy.
This approach aims, on the one hand, at the gradual implementation of the QMS and, on the other hand, at preparing for potential certification in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard. Finally, it is part of a continuous improvement approach to performance, with the aim of ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of the system.
