Within the framework of coordination between university and service institutions, and to enable students to participate in the various governed national activities, the Directorate of University Services, Batna Oqal, announces the organization of the eighth edition of the National University Short Film Festival from February 8 to February 11, 2023.
The films and the participation form shall be sent to the Organizing Committee before January 24, 2023 at 16:00 as the last date, and via e-mail.
