The deadline for submitting tenders is 10 days from the date of the first withdrawal of this technical sheet at 12:00 p.m.
The offer must be accompanied by:
- A commercial register (CLEANING company).
- Certificates of good performance.
-NIS, NIF, RIB
-CNAS or/and CASNOS declaration.
-List of material means.
The lowest compliant offer will be selected.
The offer must be addressed to the management of the National Polytechnic School (ENP) EL HARRACH in double sealed and anonymous envelopes.
To be opened only by the bid opening and bid evaluation commission.
