Orientation process for successful entrance exam candidates

The orientation of candidates admitted through the competitive examination for access to the second cycle of the National Polytechnic School, in the various specialties, will take place on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the library.

Orientation Regulations:

  • Students admitted following the entrance examination at the National Polytechnic School are subject to a single orientation toward specialties, based on their choices and ranking.
  • The number of available places in each field is limited.
  • On the day of orientation, each student must present a valid ID. Otherwise, they will not be oriented and will lose their place in the ranking.
  • During the orientation process, once the list for a particular specialty is filled, it will be declared and recorded as saturated.
  • Student attendance at the orientation is mandatory. However, a student who is unable to attend in person for a valid reason may delegate someone of their choice, provided that person has a duly legalized proxy.
  • Any student arriving late to the orientation will forfeit the benefit of their ranking and will be reclassified according to their time of arrival if they were already called. They will only be allowed to choose from the places still available at that time.
  • Any student who is not oriented during this single session, either due to an unjustified absence or a refusal to choose a specialty while present, will permanently lose the benefit of their ranking.
  • The choice made by a student, or by their duly authorized representative (with a legalized proxy), during the orientation is final and irrevocable. No change of any kind will be accepted.
