The date and time limit for the submission of tenders are fixed on the last day of the tender preparation period at 12:00 p.m. (10 days, from the date of the first withdrawal of the related specifications
The offer must be addressed to the management of Ecole Nationale Polytechnique (ENP) EL HARRACH in double sealed and anonymous envelopes.
The outer envelope must bear the single mention:
To be opened only by the bid opening and technical evaluation commission
